Front Line Roofing and Restoration, LLC (“Front Line Roofing & Restoration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides roofing and exterior services in Mason and surrounding Southwest Ohio communities. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit our website, request an estimate or communicate with us.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on the form or service you use, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, project details, photos and messages. Required fields are identified on each form.

Calls and text messages. We collect your phone number, messages and photos you send, notes about your request, and call details such as the date, time and duration.

Website and advertising information. Our website and measurement providers collect information such as pages viewed, browser and device details, IP address, approximate location, referring website, and interactions with forms or links. Advertising identifiers help connect an ad visit with an inquiry or completed job.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank-account details, or account passwords through our general inquiry forms or ordinary text messages.

How we use your information

We use this information to:

  • Respond to questions and estimate requests.

  • Arrange inspections, prepare estimates, schedule work and provide services.

  • Communicate about your project and follow up on your request.

  • Send marketing communications when permitted and with consent where required.

  • Measure advertising results and improve our website and services.

  • Maintain business records, prevent spam or misuse, and meet legal obligations.
     

Phone calls and text messages

When you contact us about a project, we may call, text or email you to respond and coordinate the services you request.

If you opt in to marketing calls or texts, those communications may use automated dialing or messaging technology. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing our services. This privacy policy does not itself obtain that consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to a text message to opt out, or contact us at (513) 787-3259 or frontline.roof@gmail.com to ask us to stop calling or texting. We also honor other reasonable requests to withdraw consent.

We do not record telephone conversations. We use CallRail for call tracking. The number displayed on our website may change based on how you found us, but it connects you to Front Line. Call tracking collects call details and source information, such as the caller’s number, call date, duration and the advertisement or page associated with the call.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functions, understand how visitors use the site, and measure advertising performance. These tools include Google Analytics and Google Ads.

We may associate an inquiry or completed job with the advertisement that led to it. Where enhanced conversion measurement is enabled, Google uses hashed contact information, such as a phone number or email address, to help match customer activity to advertising interactions. Hashing does not make this information anonymous.

Google also processes information under its own privacy policies and settings, which may include advertising personalization. Learn more about how Google uses information from websites that use its services.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions. Turning off personalized advertising does not stop all measurement or all ads.

When we share information

We share information as needed with service providers that support our operations, including:

  • Wix: website hosting, forms and customer contact records.

  • CallRail: call tracking and advertising attribution.

  • Google: email, shared lead records where used, website analytics and advertising measurement.

  • Dream Powered Inc.: advertising management, lead tracking and marketing support on our behalf.
     

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, address fraud or misuse, or respond to a legal claim.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to data brokers, lead resellers or other contractors. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process this information to support our communications and measurement as described above.

Links to third-party websites, including financing services and social media, are subject to those providers’ privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the type of information, whether you become a customer, and applicable business or legal requirements.

Project, payment and warranty records may need to be retained longer than an initial inquiry. We may also retain limited records to document consent, honor opt-out requests, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to change your communication preferences.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may retain information needed for legal obligations, ongoing services, warranties or documenting an opt-out request.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
